These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products, services, software, websites, tools, and digital experiences provided by SpooksLab LLC (“SpooksLab”). By accessing or using any SpooksLab product, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These Terms apply to all SpooksLab offerings, including but not limited to:
HourHex, EchoCast, SpooksLab Microtools, SpooksLab Web Services, and any future products or services.

SpooksLab grants you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to use its products solely for your own personal or professional workflows.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not, under any circumstances:

All redistribution rights are exclusively reserved for SpooksLab.
3. No Monetization

Bundle SpooksLab products with paid services

Use SpooksLab products as part of any commercial offering

Generate revenue from SpooksLab products in any form
All monetization rights belong solely to SpooksLab.
4. No Access to Code
All SpooksLab products are closed‑source. You may not:

Access, view, extract, or attempt to obtain source code

Reverse‑engineer, decompile, disassemble, or analyze any SpooksLab product

Modify, alter, or create derivative works

Bypass or interfere with security, licensing, or entitlement systems

Inspect internal logic, architecture, or proprietary algorithms
Any attempt to access or manipulate the internal codebase is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All SpooksLab products — including code, design, branding, UI/UX, documentation, assets, and internal systems — are the exclusive property of SpooksLab LLC.
All rights are reserved.
No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in these Terms.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

8.1 You Cannot Sue SpooksLab
By using any SpooksLab product, you agree that you cannot sue SpooksLab, its founders, employees, contractors, partners, or affiliates for any reason, including but not limited to:

Use or misuse of any product

Bugs, errors, or malfunctions

Data handling or privacy issues

Feature changes, updates, or removal

Service interruptions or discontinuation

Deployment through third‑party platforms (e.g., Base44, Vercel, Convex, Inngest)
This waiver applies to all legal theories, including contract, tort, negligence, and strict liability.
9. Termination
SpooksLab may suspend or terminate your access to any product at any time for:

Violations of these Terms

Attempts to redistribute, monetize, or reverse‑engineer any product

Misuse or abuse of SpooksLab services
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all SpooksLab products and delete all copies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpooksLab operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
11. Updates to Terms
SpooksLab may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any SpooksLab product constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
